Hello Friends and welcome to another Creative hoot Chat Session. I love using video as a way to chat and just talk about what is going on in my world. Today I am doing a bit of Show-N-Tell, my daughter and I always go visit a small town here in Texas the day after Thanksgiving and this year we choose Taylor. They had several junk antique shops but i think our favorite was a Tiny Little Book store that had old and new book with stationery. picked up postcards with the art by Sean Tejaratchi. Speaking of Postcards I do have a question to send letters internationally. Thanks for watching!!

Hello August!! I know I haven’t sent out a newsletter the last two months! It has been a creative whirlwind, which is not a bad thing! I wanted to pop in and say Hello and share some of the upcoming excitement! Fall is my most FAVORITE TIME of the year so my creative juices really start to flow! First of all, the next CWR Journal kit is all about Sunflowers and Scarecrows! The star of the kit is Scary Perry! Isn’t he the cutest scarecrow ever?? He is a bit too cute to scare, don’t you think??
For the CWR Sticker Club, I was on the fence about which Autumn Girl I wanted to include, but decided on “Autumn is Calling” since the stickers will be released just prior to the first day of autumn…because I already hear Autumn calling. Do You?
Speaking of Autumn, I will be creating a week long workshop series called “Blissful Autumn” starting September 18-25, 2021. Yes! I had to have the First Day of Autumn in there!! This will be videos, printables and overall creative fun! Keep an eye out on Instagram and Facebook for more information! BUT before we go full throttle into autumn, I know there is still the month of August, which means one more month of summer. I have scanned in our Paperdoll friend Amy’s summer wardrobe for you to print and out play with! See below for the files. Have a great August! XO, Rebecca
Hello there May! I know I am a little late in posting my Newsletter but I have been down the rabbit hole in Wonderland! Camp Wonderland was truly AMAZING! I will be having a blog post to tell you all about it! So let’s jump into this month! I am currently participating in a month long creative adventure called “Fairytale Getaway” hosted by Pink Crafty Cottage and The Fairtyale Club. One of the things I realized if I do not have a whole lot of Disney ephemera with Mickey and Minnie Mouse. So I am using my imagination and the printables provided to add to my journal. I also signed up for Mindy Lacefield’s year long course called Illustrated Flair. Its the study and art of Disney’s artist Mary Blair so I’m excited to start painting!
Calendar of events from The Fairytale Getaway
Before I jump into the May Kit’s, GUESS WHAT I am celebrating this month?!! My 5th Year anniversary of offering CWR journal Kits. FIVE YEARS!!! Wow Time has flown! So watch my Instagram and Facebook pages! Also, I have created a printable with the Art Girl from the first ever kit I offered. It was the “Down by the Sea’ mermaid with blonde hair.
